Celtic's Mohamed 'Poborsky' Bangura
In Scotland, Celtic striker, Mohamed “Poborsky†Bangura's misery continues as he was left out watching his side Celtic defeat Motherwell 3-0 in the Scottish Premier league. Bangura has made two appearances for his side since joining Celtic on August 30th 2011.
In England, Sierra Leonean midfielder Mohamed “Medo†Kamara's championship side, Bolton Wanderers, suffered a 7-1 defeat away to Reading on Saturday. Kamara came on from the bench in the 62 minute, but could not rescue his side from the humiliating defeat. Bolton are in 18th position with 28 points.
However, Middleborough striker, Kei Kamara made his come
back from the bench as his side defeated Charlton 1-0 at the River side stadium
on Saturday. Middlebrough are in 9th position with 36 points.
Mustapha Dumbuya who plays for league one side, Notts County defeated Stevenage 0-1 away to move up two places in the current league one standings. Dumbuya was not featured in the eighteen man squad.
Abdulai Bell Baggie's side, Tranmere Rovers were beaten 3-0 away to Peterbrough. Baggie was left on the bench for the whole match. Tranmere are in 16th position with 27 points.
In Cyprus, Mustapha Haji Bangura's side, AEK Larnaca defeated
Enosis FC 0-1 in the Cyprus top tier league. Haji hasn`t featured in his side last
five matches and he has played for 106 minutes this season. His side remains in
3rd position with 61 points.
In Italy, Genoa on loan midfielder, Rodney Strasser
continues his good form as he featured in the whole match in Regina's 2-1 defeat to
Ternama FC in the ongoing Serie B league. Rodney has played for 906 minutes
this season.
In Turkey, midfielder Alfred “Zagalo†Sankoh's side, Sanliurfaspor suffered a shock 0-2 defeat at home Manisaspor. Sankoh played the whole match. Sanliurfaspor are in 9th position with 21 points.
Midfielder Khalifa Jabbie's side, Balikesirspor were held at home 1-1 by Fethiyespor in the ongoing Turkish Lig one. Jabbie played the whole match. Balikesirspor are in 3rd position with 39 points.
In Greece, midfielder John Kamara was left out in his side, Apollon Smirnis 1-2 home defeat. He has played for 974 minutes this season. Apollon are in 14th position with 20 points.
